The Nivitigala Information Technology and Distance Learning Hub (ITDLH) was officially opened in 2018 under the patronage of His Excellency the President, Maithripala Sirisena. It operates as an affiliate under the direct supervision of the Nivitigala Zonal Education Office.
Our institution provides high-quality Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education and computer training to the community at fair, government-approved rates. We offer computer training across various proficiency levels for students, school leavers, and both academic and non-academic school staff in the Nivitigala zone.
Additionally, we conduct curriculum-based ICT seminars, workshops, and practical sessions for students. To enhance ICT skills, computer courses are conducted by qualified instructors at ITDLH. Our institution manages a wide range of computer courses designed and approved by the Ministry of Education.
Conducting computer training programs tailored for groups of students who have completed their Grade 5 Scholarship, G.C.E. (O/L), and G.C.E. (A/L) examinations.
Conducting courses required to enhance the digital and computer literacy of employees working in both the public and private sectors.
Providing the necessary technical knowledge and training to resolve computer maintenance and networking system issues in schools belonging to the Nivitigala Education Zone.
